THE SERIES – NOUGHT + CROSSES: SEASON 1 EPISODE 2

Lekan alongside his friend Barnaby uses his position as a senior lieutenant to trouble Callum in the school.

Maggie sees Yaro (the man she and Kamal has been hiding a secret about) when she was in a bus, on her way to Callum’s passing in parade.

Home Secretary Kamal Hadley gives his speech for the first time in history’s Noughts training among Crosses to be a military personnel “…just as you protect your nation, I urge you Crosses and Noughts alike to protect your identity too; maybe unfashionable to say it ‘but there is strength in differences’ thank you very much. Ese gan”.

Sephy isn’t pleased with his speech..

Elaine suspects something going between Callum and Sephy.

Sephy and Callum sneaks Into a classroom and Lekan barges in while they were talking. He kisses Sephy and takes her away.

Meggie tells Kamal that she saw Yaro Baloyi.

The prime minister, Opal Folami does not like Kamal ways and she tells him.

Sephy cancels a date with Callum. Mr Dorn is taken. Lekan goes to Callum’s house and warns him off. Lekan follws Callum.

Callum and Sephy takes desperate measures to see each other, they agreed to meet in a hide out club SANCTUS. After having a little drink and danced a little, under Sephy’s request they go to a room and when Callum goes out to get more drinks he sees Lekan breaking doors in search of them; he runs back to Sephy and while she was watching the door, she sees Lekan breaks in the opposite room and it was Elaine and Barnaby inside. They escaped through the window.

Meggie suspects Callum and Sephy. Elaine feels pressured:she calls Callum to tell him that she can’t go back to MERCY POINT. Callum attends Danny’s funeral.

Kamal Hadley negotiates with Mr Dorn in terms that they both want the prime minister gone.

Ryan’s boss Okonjo  (who claims he is a business man and Is doing what is best for his business by staying on the Crosses side) he fires Ryan for giving Danny’s dad Dave his own day off after Okonjo refuses to give Dave a day off to bury his son.

Sephy breaks up with Lekan. Sephy and Callum meets again.

Elaine is humiliated by everyone at Mercy point including Barnaby. And after a confrontation with Lekan; she chooses to stay.
